My customers' satisfaction is my number one priority.

I offer a full refund when the product has not been used and in its original condition and has not be modified in anyway up to 30 days. Embroidered items can not be returned and are not refundable. 

Exchanges Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item for a different size or color. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:

  • Contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
  • Return the item to me in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Please include a note with your name, order number, and the new size or color you require.
  • I will process your exchange and send the new item to you within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery. If you are exchanging an item due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return postage.

If the new item you require is out of stock, we will issue you a refund instead of an exchange. We do not cover postage costs for returns or exchanges, unless it was our error.

We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition, or if the exchange request is made after 30 days of receiving the order.


To be eligible for a return, you will need to contact us via the contacts page to arrange your return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only the price of the items sale value will be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at scott@dolphinanddog.com.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These cost will be refunded only if the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs will not be refunded for orders that are the wrong size due to customer error.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $80 , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
