TREE PLANTING AUSTRALIA

After spending many hours researching, I discovered that tree planting can be a corrupt industry, with many companies pretending to be environmentally friendly but making a good profit off the back of it. Although there are plenty of apps that claim to help plant trees, I found that many of them were misleading and to be honest just smelt like bullshit. So I decided to look closer to home and find companies that I could visit and see for myself how they use donations.

I found two organizations, Landcare Australia and 15trees, that are doing great work helping the land, and I plan to visit them soon to get involved in some projects in the NSW area. When you buy a Dolphin & Dog product, your money will go to support these organizations, not to companies that claim they can plant a tree for a dollar halfway round the world.

In Australia, it costs around $5 to $10 to plant a tree and provide the right environment and care for it to reach maturity. I believe that supporting reputable organizations and investing in proper tree planting practices is the best way to make a positive impact on the environment.
